October 8th, 9th & 10th (Somerset)

A residential yoga weekend at the wonderful Croydon Hall in Somerset. The weekend will run from 3pm on Friday until after lunch on the Sunday, with four 2½ hour sessions: 4 - 6.30pm on Friday and Saturday, and 10am - 12.30pm on Saturday and Sunday. The weekend costs £260 in a twin/double en-suite rooms, £260 in single rooms with shared facilities, or £240 in dormitory accommodation (with a maximum of 4 other people). Prices include all the accommodation, yoga and yummy vegetarian meals. To reserve a place please send a deposit of £100 to Bill Wood, 23 Brook View, Follaton, Totnes, TQ9 5FH. The balance will be due by August 31st.

A First Aid Day for Yoga Teachers and Complimentary Therapists with Alex Brazkiewicz of Holos Healthcare. Alex is a maestro at teaching First Aid, and all participants will leave with an Appointed Persons First Aid Certificate valid for 3 years. Please contact Bill for further information.
